Sip your morning coffee while watching the sun rise from one of two covered porches or from the waterfront pool deck. Make yourself at home in the modern kitchen with lots of storage. This nearly new home features king beds, en-suite baths and walkin closets in both bedrooms. Washer and dryer off kitchen. Desk in the living room. There is currently no water access from this house, but there's a dock in the works! Screen room downstairs with seating and TV. Separate lockable storage. Refrigerator for pool drinks. Gas grill. Pool heater/chiller.
Breezeswept Beach Estates is in a quiet neighborhood on the ocean side just 27 miles from Key West and 25 miles from Marathon. The island has a small commercial district to make your stay even more convenient: Boondocks Grille & Draft House and Miniature Golf, Looe Key Reef Resort's tiki bar and restaurant, Five Brothers Grocery Two, and a gas station/convenience store. There's a boat ramp by the front entrance to the neighborhood. The Key West city bus stops on the island on its way between the Southernmost City and Marathon.
This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Primary renter must be 25 or older. No smoking. No pets. During peak months, we may require a minimum of 24 hours to clean between rentals. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($150). Pool heater or chiller is available upon request for an additional $100 per week.
