West Indies Queen is a gorgeous canalfront home with a custom heated pool and a lush tropical landscape on Ramrod Key, halfway between Marathon and Key West.

Lovely great room with soaring wood ceilings, large dining table and decorative fireplace. Enjoy the world's coziest sectional sofa and the large flat-screen smart TV in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen.

In the fenced back yard, a private outdoor living area with artificial turf surrounds the custom pool with sun deck and waterfall. 
30 feet of dockage. Room for a boat trailer under the house, plus parking for at last two vehicles in the driveway.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom with large shower, double closets and easy access to the screened porch with canal and pool views. The secondary bedroom also has a king bed. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Stackable washer and dryer plus storage across the hall.

This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Primary renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. No pets. There's a cap on electric ($250) and water/sewer ($150) - usage above those amounts will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to the credit card on file. Pool heat, available upon request, is an additional $100 per week.

West Indies Queen is located in a quiet neighborhood on the ocean side of Ramrod Key, just 27 miles from Key West.
The island has a small commercial district to make your stay more convenient: Boondocks Grille & Draft House and Miniature Golf, Looe Key Reef Resort's tiki bar and restaurant, Five Brothers Grocery Two, and a gas station/convenience store.
