Sit on the front balcony, pour a glass of wine and watch a stunning sunset over the Florida Keys Natural Wildlife Refuge while keeping an eye out for the diminutive Key Deer. Relax on the back patio off the 1st bedroom and take in the view of the canal.
The 28 feet of seawall along the canal offers easy access to your boat and to fishing from nearby Pine Channel and beyond. No bridges between you and the channel! Easy parking for 2 cars. Beach chairs, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ grill and smoker provide more outdoor fun.
Beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, bicycling, wildlife watching, tennis, pickleball and a community playground are great ways to enjoy Big Pine Key. The island features restaurants, bars, shops, paddle and bike outfitters, boat rentals, fishing guides and a full-service grocery store. Dig your toes into the sandy beaches at nearby Bahia Honda State Park. Drive a little further for Marathon (25 minutes) and Key West (45 minutes) for even more dining, shopping, outdoor and nightlife activities.
This is a minimum 28-day rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. No pets. There's a cap on electric ($200) and water/sewer ($150).
