Our tastefully designed upscale villa has beautiful ocean views, a private pool,  and a hot tub for our guests to enjoy. It boasts two spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a well-equipped chef's kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room, a large living room. The Master bedroom suite is located on the main floor and overlooks the ocean. The Master bathroom has a king bed, hers and his sink vanity, a large stand-up shower for two people, a make-up desk, a wet bar, and a walk-in closet. The second kids' bedroom is upstairs and has 2 bunk beds, with 2 twin beds and one full. Only a young child can fit in the 4th bed. An additional sleeping option is in the living room on a queen sleeper sofa.

Outside is a large terrace situated by the pool, with outdoor chairs, tables, and a built-in girl. This is the perfect spot for entertaining. Located right on the quiet private crescent beach makes this property truly a  hidden gem. Sunset Key is a 27 acre, car-free island with a gourmet 5-star restaurant, sunset bar, spa, two pools, tennis, and more. Ample parking is conveniently located near the 24-hour ferry service that takes you to the island in less than 5 minutes.
