The delightful sea breeze will make running the AC an after-thought most days. There's a king bed and double closets in the bedroom area. High-speed Internet and WiFi. Bring your own streaming TV services.
There's a 30-foot assigned boat slip available to renters. Maximum boat length 28 feet. Boat trailers have to be stored offsite and cannot be parked in right of way.
The Florida Keys Country Club's public golf course is right across the street. In addition to great boating access, complex amenities include a waterfront heated pool, poolside gas grill and coin laundry. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. There's a popular waterfront bar/restaurant, Dockside, within walking distance, and the best of Marathon's shopping, restaurants and its famous Sombrero Beach are a short bike or car ride away.
This is a 30-day minimum rental. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 people. No smoking. No pets. There's a $150 cap on electric, and usage above those amounts will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
