Separate living areas make this beautiful canalfront pool home ideal for extended families or friends wintering together. In the spacious upstairs, there's a master suite with king bed and a queen bedroom with adjacent hall bath; fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and 4-person dining area; comfy living area with large flat-screen TV; small screened porch with pool and canal views; washer and dryer; and a bunk room off the master. Downstairs, there's a roomy separate living space with queen bed, living area with flat-screen TV, kitchenette, dining space and desk. Right off the heated pool, there's a screened entertainment area with seating and a refrigerator/freezer for your pool and boat drinks. The owner's boat will be on the lift during your stay, but there's still 30 feet of concrete dockage on a clear, deep-water canal. Fenced yard (except on the canal side). Gas grill. Plenty of parking and storage for your toys.
This home is only available for booking December through February and booking dates must conform to the calendar month.
This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Appropriate county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people. All guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Up to 2 dogs permitted with manager approval and payment of nonrefundable fee of $150 per pet. Pool heat is an additional $400 per month. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($150) - usage above those amounts will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to the credit card on file. Pool heat -- when requested -- is an additional $100 per week.
