This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. No pets. There's a cap on electric ($250) and water/sewer ($200) - usage above those amounts will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
Home is available for booking January – March, July & August from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Exceptions will be considered when the reservation is less than 45 days away. We require at least 24 hours between bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
