Just four canals in from the ocean in Breezeswept Beach Estates, Cayman Cottage is the ideal spot for anglers, divers and kayakers alike. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a covered and screened porch upstairs, and 30 feet of composite dock, fish cleaning station, gas grill and dockside storage downstairs. There's plenty of space for your water toys and gear, plus power and water at the dock. Boaters will appreciate the turning basin at the end of the canal. Renters aren't permitted to use the boat lift, but there's still 30 feet of new dock available for your use. This well-maintained single-family home has everything you'll need for your time in paradise. The perfectly appointed interior features like-new furnishings, stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms and tile floors throughout. The living room has plenty of seating for you and your guests, and there's a large smart TV in case you want to take a break from the water view and catch a show. Each bedroom has one queen bed and plenty of storage, and two of the three have flat-screen TVs. Brand-new A/C to keep you cool! AT&T fiber Internet service with WiFi. Streaming TV available upon request.
The island has a small commercial district to make your stay more convenient: Boondocks Grille & Draft House and Miniature Golf, Looe Key Reef Resort's tiki bar and restaurant, Five Brothers Grocery Two, and a gas station/convenience store. There's a boat ramp off Looe Key's parking area. The Key West city bus stops on the island.
This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Small dog permitted with manager approval and nonrefundable fee. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($150).
